We know how difficult it is to work out how many children will be attending your child's party.  Therefore, to make planning easier, you are more than welcome to order a few extra party bags or fillers and return any surplus ones that are not required on the day.  

Simply return them to us (within 30 days of placing your order), via the post office and upon receipt, we will provide you with a full refund.

Return postage costs are to be paid by the customer and returned items must reach us in their original packaging and original condition, for a full refund to be provided. We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage which occurs to items whilst in transit to us, or which occurs due to any other circumstances beyond our control.
