How will my party bags arrive?
Our filled cello party
bags arrive fully assembled, so that all
you have to do is hand them out at the
party.
Our deluxe filled
party bags
arrive unassembled and require very simple
and quick assembly at home (instructions are
included with your order). This is
to ensure that they are in pristine
condition when handed out to your little
party guests.
Are all of your items in stock?
We keep a large quantity
of stock and our stock levels are automatically updated
on our website, each time a customer places
an order. Therefore, you are only able
to place items in your basket, if they
are in stock.
In the unlikely event that one of the
items in our filled party bags is out of
stock, we will substitute it with
something very similar, but in most
cases, we will contact you beforehand by
telephone or email, to discuss the
options.
What about safety?
We take safety issues very seriously. We
only supply items deemed as 'toys' which
carry the CE mark, or which have been confirmed
by the manufacturer/importer/distributor,
as having passed all necessary safety tests.
Many items such as stationery,
jewellery, hair and fashion accessories
and sweets are not classified as 'toys'
and do not need to carry the CE mark.
However, as some of these items may
prove harmful to children under the age
of 36 months,
our party bags and fillers are only
suitable for children over this age
(with the exception of our Toddler Party
Bags).
Our deluxe filled party bags also carry a
warning on them, stating that the bag and
contents are not suitable for children under
the age of 36 months.
What about my privacy
and security? We take
customers' privacy very seriously and
only use their names, addresses and payment
details for the purpose of completing
transactions. Unlike many
companies, we do not, under any circumstances,
provide customer details to third parties
for marketing purposes.
To complete your payment, you will be transferred to our
secure server, powered by Protx, before you enter any of your card details.
A gold padlock symbol will appear in your web browser’s status bar to
confirm that you have reached the secure server. Using this system ensures that
your card and personal details will be encrypted before they are sent across
the internet, so that no unauthorised party will be able to see them. It also
means that we will not be able to see or store any of your card details.
What if I want a refund or
exchange? We want you to be totally satisfied with
your order. Therefore, if you
change your mind, we will gladly provide
a full refund or an exchange (excluding
postage and packaging). Simply return
the items to us in their original unused
state and in their original packaging
within 30 days of placing
your order and we will arrange your
exchange or refund. For full details please

What if the party bags
are damaged? We take great
care to ensure that all items are in
perfect condition when they are
despatched. In the unlikely event that
any part of your order is damaged in
transit, please contact us
immediately and return the items to us in
their original packaging. We will then give
you an immediate exchange or a refund (as
well as a refund of the return postage and packaging
